2008 Community Day

On July 27, the Pleasant Twp. Fire Department hosted it's 1st Annual Community Day. This was a carefully organized event where members of the community could come to the firehouse and learn what different divisions of public safety do to keep our citizens safe. With the assistance of many sponsors, local businesses, and different agencies dedicated to public safety, the Pleasant Twp. Fire Department held an extremely successful event. With over 1,000 in attendance, the event far surpassed the expectations of our members. Raffle prizes were given away such as an LCD flat screen television, 18 hole golf passes, 6 months free digital phone & roadrunner service from Time Warner Cable, gift cards to many businesses, free admission to COSI, and more.
